THE Fiji soccer side has been invited to participate in the inaugural Commonwealth Nations Challenge Cup (CNCC) which will kick off in Tanzania, Eastern Africa, in late June.
The tournament was originally supposed to be held in Uganda, however, it was shifted because most of the hotel rooms have been pre booked for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting which will be held there.
National coach Juan Carlos Buzzetti said the Fiji team would need to tour outside of the region in a bid to prepare for the South Pacific Games in Samoa.
