SPORTS NEWS: Kagera Sugar hold Tusker

SHAMTE Ally was a hero for Kagera Sugar, when he scored in the 58th minute to force a 1-1 draw with Tusker of Kenya in the Tusker Cup match played yesterday at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza.

Ally scored by penalty to cancel Tusker's first minute-lead by Kevin Omondi and give a crucial point to the defending champions.

"We are happy with the resulst and officiating, it is a good start to our title defence campaign," Kagera Sugar assistant coach Mlage Kabange said.
