After days of preparations, the stage is finally set for this year’s Rock City Marathon which takes place this morning in Mwanza.
A Sh1m cash prize is among awards that will be up for grabs at the 21-km race starting at 7am at Mwanza’s CCM Kirumba Stadium.
Event coordinator Zaitun Ituja said yesterday that the award was for an athlete who would smash the current national record of 59 minutes.
